I started Te Koha Design five years ago when my first child was born here in Australia.

With his birth came a strong desire to help him connect to our culture and being 5000km's from home it was proving to be a challenge to find resources that I was proud to hang in our home.

​

Being a trained Graphic Designer I decided to make them myself. I started with his Pepeha and moved on to adding home decor pieces for our home.

​

At the core of what I do is to connect people with their culture using design.

My work aims to reflect who we are in our homes each day to help our tamariki form strong identities.
